How do I receive my template?
After a verified purchase, your checkout provider should redirect to a download page or send a secure download link by email. Configure this in Stripe, PayPal, Creative Market, or your delivery platform.
Can I use a template for a client?
Yes. A standard licence covers one end website for yourself or one client. Purchase another licence for each additional website.
Do I get future updates?
Yes. Template updates are included for the lifetime of the product and announced to registered customers.
Can you customise it for me?
Customisation is available separately depending on studio capacity. Use the contact page with your scope and launch date.
What is your refund policy?
Digital products are normally non-refundable after download, except where the file is defective or materially different from its description. See the Refunds page.
