Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are normally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.
A refund may be considered when
- The purchased file is defective and cannot be repaired.
- The delivered product is materially different from its listing.
- A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.
- Access cannot be supplied after reasonable troubleshooting.
A refund is generally not available when
- You change your mind or no longer need the product.
- You lack the required software or platform knowledge.
- A third-party service changes or discontinues a feature.
- You request customisation that was not included.
Contact support within 14 days with your order reference and a clear description of the problem. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
