Fair and clear.

Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are normally final once files have been accessed or downloaded.

A refund may be considered when

  • The purchased file is defective and cannot be repaired.
  • The delivered product is materially different from its listing.
  • A duplicate purchase was made accidentally.
  • Access cannot be supplied after reasonable troubleshooting.

A refund is generally not available when

  • You change your mind or no longer need the product.
  • You lack the required software or platform knowledge.
  • A third-party service changes or discontinues a feature.
  • You request customisation that was not included.

Contact support within 14 days with your order reference and a clear description of the problem. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
