We may collect details you submit through forms, including your name, email address, message, order reference, and support history. Payment providers process card or account details; Nithcel should not store full payment credentials.

Information is used to fulfil orders, provide downloads, answer enquiries, prevent fraud, maintain records, and—only with consent—send marketing emails.
Service providers
Data may be processed by hosting, analytics, email, file-delivery, Stripe, PayPal, or marketplace providers. List the actual providers used before launch.
