The agreement.
Digital products
Nithcel sells downloadable digital website templates. No physical product is shipped. Product requirements and included files are described on each listing.
Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by the selected payment provider. Access is supplied after successful payment verification. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address.
Licence
Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence under the terms on the Licensing page. Intellectual property in the original template remains with Nithcel.
Support and updates
Support covers documented template features and reasonable defect correction. It does not include custom design, third-party software, hosting, or user modifications.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
